Manuscript Submission: The Nigerian Journal of Psychological Research publishes original research-based articles, research reviews, conceptual development articles and thematic issues in pure and applied psychology or related fields. Manuscripts that articulate theoretical frameworks in psychology and related fields can also be accepted, with a clear understanding that no substantial part of it has or will be published elsewhere. Format: The American Psychological Association (APA 7th edition) referencing style should be strictly adhered to. Papers should be written in English language. Illustrations and diagrams should be minimised. Footnotes are not allowed. The article should be preceded by a title page and an abstract of not more than 200 words. The NJPR adopts a double-blind peer review system. A separate title page should be provided with the following information: (i) title of paper (ii) full name(s) of the author(s), including their title(s) and institutional affiliation(s); and (iii) a short title to be used as running head.
